This is beautiful chef, I’m not a big oyster person but I’d inhale this.

Plating perfection. This is my most favorite thing I’ve seen plated yet. Beautiful and so appetizing.

This is absolutely gorgeous! Could be an impressionist piece and sounds delicious

Call me crazy, but I prefer this fish without the flowers. It's minimalist and monochromatic before the flowers.

I guess I'm just not a fan of the current plating trend dominating fine dining where every dish is covered in tiny flowers and micro greens. They all end up looking the same.

Plus it's covering up the star of the show!!

I agree that the fish have a nice rich red and orange that could be more prominent. Match that with a more minimal floral arrangement et voila.

This is an art installation on a plate. Truly beautiful presentation. I don’t think I’d want to eat it it’s too pretty!

That's genuinely beautiful. I'd stare at it from various angles for a few minutes and then enjoy every bite.

Bernadaud plates and they look incredible in person. They've been all the rage for many years at tons of high end restaurants for good reason

Interesting and beautiful. But idk about appetizing? Is this sweet or savory?
