Randos on reddit can recognize the exact beach just from a few grains of sand.

I saw the street sign and thought, "This must be near a high school."

I wish the cops in my area did this. They don't give a fuck anymore.

Impeding traffic if the cop is in a good mood, illegal turn after the red if he's in a cop mood. Lol

The vehicle making the right on red also blew through that stop.

They had an oh shit moment lol

Straight up thought you were wrong about the law and some states would be lenient, but no, I am dead wrong.

Not stopping at a red light before turning right is illegal in all 50 states.

Have you been not stopping before turning lol I'm onto u

Truthfully, I’ve seen plenty of people in my state make a hard right on a red without stopping or slowing down and the police and sheriff do nothing about it. It may be illegal but it’s up to the LEOs if they wanna enforce it.

I’m really starting to frown upon Right on Red being allowed because of people who do that. Also the folks who think the ‘No Right On Red’ signs don’t apply to them.

Treat the opportunity with respect or there is no need for it to exist as an option.

We actually don’t know that. The stop line is not in the picture. If they stopped at the stop line then they’re fine.

That’s true technically, but it does appear to be coming in hot. lol.

They did not stop. They come cruising into view and keep on rolling

I'm gonna be honest as someone who is color blind, this light orientation scares me. It's less reflexive than vertical (red on top) because we do not have them in my area. You can still tell when it goes from right to left though.

Well deserved!

More of this please!

It wasn’t even as close as the video made it appear. The camera car’s light turned green juuuust prior to the SUV crossing the stop line…but that doesn’t take the lag time into account (at least one second) that is built in between when one light turns red and the other turns green.

We should start calling police we see enforcing the law "white whales".

SUV turning right ran it too

People taking a left turn think that everyone in the left turn lane is part of one convoy.
