Question Financial Aid Package

I have not received my financial aid package; should I call the office to notify them, or wait until Tuesday because Monday is a holiday?

Like im all for taking a trip on the hate train for burnt toast. But these people been knew and trust faculty and staff are legit doing everything they can but its out of their hands too. That office is its on entity

I had the same issue. Calls didnt help much but an email did. After the email confirmed it was coming in "3-5" business days it showed up the next day. Not sure of it was coincidence, but if you dont bug them they dont seem to care.

So I accepted mine on 8/27, bet yeah im in the same boat, financial aid hasnt been paid out and classes still show unpaid, is everyone still having same issue.

I got my check but it got held by my bank saying it got flagged as not being paid 🫩 I have to wait until the 14 for it to clear up but honestly CSUDH sucks at communication. I know calling won’t work so I’ve been emailing and they never even know how to answer me. I’ve literally sent pictures to explain my situation and I’ve been told “I don’t understand you” lmao like okay I guess I’ll figure it out on my own 🙄
