Im starting a new analyst position with peace officer selection and training unit CDCR in 2 months or so. What can I expect? Just feeling a bit nervous.

Don't be nervous! Analyst I positions throughout CDCR are relatively simple. Most OPOS positions deal heavily with "customer service," but your "customers" are nervous and inexperienced candidates. Be careful with these posts because people like to talk crap and there aren't many OPOS analysts throughout the 3 regional offices.

Will do! Thank you. I am excited honestly but also nervous just because I get nervous anytime Im doing something new.

There’s a reason why people talk crap, it’s not a great unit. 🤷‍♀️ This isn’t second hand info either. This post will get deleted like the other ones I’m sure 😅
