Rule Questions Elven Sea Captain Requirements

The list of requirements for the Elven life path of Sea Captain are “Seafarer, Adjutant, Lieutenant or Sword Singer” do they need to be a seafarer and an adjutant and either lieutenant or sword singer, or do they just need to be 1 of the 4

Looking at other life path the last two options in the requirements are divided by an "or"

Where an LP requires something from List A and something from List B, it states it: for example, the Etharch LP requires "Aman trait and either Loremaster or Prince".

So Elven Sea Captain requires any one of those LPs.

You need to be a Seafarer and an Adjutant, and then you can be either a Lieutenant or a Sword Singer.

If an and could be included for clarity it would be. There are other examples in the book. This is a case where and would not have clarified, so any one of the four paths are good enough.
