Id imagine terminal velocity for a hamster would be pretty high.

Edit: I know its the opposite, I was making a joke.

I honestly don't know. I'd assume a smaller critter like a hamster would require less speed to reach terminal velocity due to less wind resistance. As opposed to trying to yeet a tiger, which would create more drag and require more force. I'm no expert though.
