In 800 million years the natural increased heat from the sun will make all water on earth evaporate. At that point Earth will no longer support life.

Your family will die. Your friends will die. Your pets will die. Nothing stops the march of time. You cant push against it. You can only prepare.

There are millions of people who deny basic realities because of propaganda spread through social media.

Can you give one example just out of curiosity

Here's some research on flat Earthers using social media to propagate their falsehoods, as well as how disinformation differs from misinformation and antagonism in the same context:

I'm watching a Steven sagal movie, made in 2016, intentionally right now.

There is help out there for you, my friend. Don't be afraid to ask for it.

"Crisis line how can I help you?"

If you're watching a Seagal movie in 2026, skip the crisis line and go straight to the padded cell.

Spiders run at us when we run from them because they see us and think we’re running from the danger with them, made me a little less arachnophobic to learn

Lake Mead in Nevada, just outside of Las Vegas, loses more water each day and will soon be too low unless something is done.

My son, remote_trooper, makes wonderful videos on social media sites, including Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, covering the increasingly sad situation.

Your best childhood friend is barely your friend at all anymore.
If you do something that isn't finance in your 30's, you failed.
Life isn't a Disney movie. Divorce is more common than you think.
Getting swallowed by a sperm whale and surviving like in Whale Fall is unrealistic.
Edit: I didn't say everyone will experience the same thing. Although try not to get eaten by a sperm whale.

“That isn’t finance in your 30’s, you failed”
Holy snobbery, Batman!
•
u/MLaw2008 32m ago
Trust me, it wasn't my choice, and I'm getting out of it finally. That's just what the trap is in this city. Finance and real estate.
•
u/Altruistic-Fun-8551 35m ago
I’m sorry that is your experience. Still best friends with my childhood bestie (in fact, besties plural), in my 50s with a very successful career that is nothing to do with finance, happily married for 27 years, never been swallowed by a whale though. Maybe that will be my undoing.
•
u/MLaw2008 25m ago
I'm happy to hear that for you! But yeah... You gotta watch out for those whales.

There’s no life after death and when we die it’s nothing but black and darkness and we can’t move and we just stare into darkness for eternity
•
u/Scroatpig 52m ago
Close. I think we wink out. Like while under anesthesia. And that's a wrap. And it's so bonkers and desperate to me that people think anything else will happen.
•
u/Ashamed-Sock-6135 51m ago
Exactly. We only get one life. There is no afterlife. People just made that up because they’re afraid of what happens after we die
•
u/Ragnarock-n-rol 49m ago
Wow so cool and hardcore I bet you read poems in the rain and wear only dark colors too
•
•
u/Ashamed-Sock-6135 52m ago
I don’t think we see anything. It’d just be like before we were born
•
u/BlueWaffle-47 50m ago
No it will be pure darkness and black and we will feel like we are in a closed in black space but we can’t escape it because we aren’t an actual being and after this life that is the end game
•
u/VegasSheila 42m ago
I have a friend that believes that after we die our soul just walks aimlessly from corner to corner on whichever street. Forever.

This is the saddest only I know: Elizabeth Holmes was a dreamer who lost her way listening to all the men in her life who wanted something out of her.

We eventually reach a day in our childhood when we play with our friends for the very last time outside, and none of us even realize it in the moment
