Refusal to say sorry. If you don't understand that saying sorry isn't just for when you do something, ie "sorry you got cancer", I will safely assume you also think nothing is ever your fault.

Do you know a lot of people that give other people cancer?

I might be an asshole for this, but I wouldn't want to hang out with people like that.
