Physician Responded Need help identifying what ever this is
26 m, 259 lbs, long time smoker, I had a common cold for about 3 days and I woke up this morning with this, I used microfiber towel as a means to blow my nose out, I think that was what caused this but I’m not a doctor and I don’t have insurance so I can’t go and get my self into debt, can y’all tell me what could this be and what to look for and whether it’s worth it for me to go into debt and see a doctor about it if it’s that serious

Looks like herpes. Sorry. On the plus side, it’s very common, and there’s treatment to keep it from flaring up. To confirm it, you’d need to see a doctor for HSV-PCR lab test before the blisters are gone. They may be able to do it for you at an urgent care.
