Things to Do Where do Desi people hangout ?

I am Hyderabadi who craves for authentic dum biryani, Haleem , Irani chai ( niloufer ) types. What cafes or locations do Hyderabadis hangout ? Just moved here

Thanks in advance

This is the answer. We regularly get take out from here and during the summer there’s always groups of ppl who are outside in the parking lot mingling and eating their take out.

There's no specific place though most cafés or restaurants are group hangout places, most people won't be open to let a stranger join the group, so maybe like we could actually host an event free of cost if more people interested I can figure smthg out

I went to charminar in Alpharetta a few months ago and their biryani and chicken 65 was really good. I think they had irani chai too.

Chowrastha - Irani chai, biriyani
Hashtag Sandy Springs - Pulao
Zyka - Haleem, Tandoori
And of other places near Cummings/ Johns Creek

Yeah but then you’d have to go to a place called Hashtag which is pretty embarrassing

FWIW It’s called Hashtag India. They take reservations for a small jail that you can be “arrested” in to have your meal.

Chowrastha sells Irani Chai but the people making them are not Hyderabadi so put in way too much Chai vs Milk.
