The real danger is that the "human reviewer" will also be AI soon. So then you get an arrest team sent to your house, automatically, just because a machine interpreted a phrase in a certain way.

Make the thought police fiction again.

You say it as if an arrest team is not something that costs a lot of money to send out. And what about all the people bullshitting their AI - how would it know what's real and what is baloney?
