Law says "The communication must be made in a manner in which another person may view it."

This certainly is not going to improve her opinion of said police.

it same likely to me she'll beat the charge if she has a good lawyer.

prosecution will argue that "may be viewed" is satisfied by the ToS that surely include human review when violent crime is suspected.

defense should argue either that it wasn't a true threat ("threat" connoting an intention for the message to be viewed - they should argue that it was hyperbole or frustration and not meant as a communication), or that "may be viewed" is so overbroad that it would include any type of electronic record, rendering it redundant, unless restricted to media where a reasonable person would expect it to be viewable ordinarily.
