What's the penalty for developing rogue nuclear weapons in Texas? 🤔

A free gun and a job in congress.

With free, unlimited plane tickets to Cancun included.

We should rico them before they go public. Just take all their shit

Sorry, but you have to steal a pen before you're allowed to develop your own nuclear weapons here in Texas. Otherwise, it's just be lawlessness.

Depends on whether you have a concealed carry license for it.

2

u/mikkopai 20d ago

How does one conceal carry a nuke?

You have to go on Joe Rogan.

They give you the chair for THCA, but community service for nukes

Yeah, but Texas really hates black people and associates drug criminality with black people and doesn’t expect black people to reach that level of education required for nuke science.

I mean, they designed the system for black people to fail: education, housing, loans, jobs, etc.

Fuck Texas!

yeah but, in exchange for that we also deregulated critical infrastructure and made our lives worse. Checkmate 😏

I feel like South Carolina should get an honorable mention here. Or a dishonorable mention, rather.

People are pretty racist in North Carolina. I frequently have to remind myself that it gets more racist, inbred, and unhinged the further south you go. Now that I think of it, does South Carolina have any redeeming qualities? I mean their state mascot is a cockroach 🪳

Haha. Well, I had a great-uncle who lived in Franklin NC and I remember falling in love with the nature as a kid so I wasn’t really exposed to racism, but my best friend used to live in Myrtle Beach SC. My Husband and I always drive a very specific route through the black towns to avoid the small white towns because even though we’re white they see we’re New Englanders and’s hear our NE and Canadian accents and they aren’t exactly kind to outsiders who are “different” unlike the folks who live in the black communities who are just the kindest people every time we go (especially after they realize we are not from the south).

As far as redeeming qualities I’d say that’s definitely one of them. Whether the town is black or white, it’s all so run down you would think it’s a third world country, but if you travel along the coast it isn’t so bad because most of the towns are set up for tourism. That’s where all the money is unfortunately. My friend has some really crazy stories about living there and working at one of the tourist attractions.

It’s interesting how the people who have been shunned and looked down upon their entire lives can wind up being the kindest, most accepting to others isn’t it?
And don’t feel bad, the insider/outsider attitudes even occur between communities in the Carolinas, lol. For instance: I grew up in a rural area of western NC, right on the border between two counties. My dad always told me to stay out of Cherryville because if you aren’t from there, you’ll find trouble. Mind you, I only lived 5 miles from Cherryville. Well, I live there now with my wife, and dad was right all along. It’s not everyone, but the old timers are definitely exclusive, and the only thing that makes any of us different is a county line😂😂

This is a country-wide phenomenon, not just Texas. Look up why Oregon, despite being so apparently progressive, is one of the whitest states in the country

7

u/dontshoveit 21d ago

You're absolutely right. As someone who's lived in both, the people in rural Oregon and Washington state are more racist than the south. It honestly blew my mind when I first moved there.

3

u/Dipsey_Jipsey 21d ago

Just standard xenophobia, living only around other white people and then being blasted by Fox's lies without having real world experience to say Fox are full of shit.

Houstonians rise up! Time to start building nuclear weapons

2

u/_Flying_Throwaway 21d ago

Look, I live in Texas. I gotta ask, do you live here too? Because that's pretty spot on.

2

u/Worried-Location-118 20d ago

Oh wow. Your hatred for a state you think is racist is justified, however, I hate to be the one to tell you, but it’s America, not a single state. You can hate Texas all you want, Texas is the only state who actively lets illegal immigrants go back home to their families, traffic stops don’t usually end in ice arrests. Your hatred stems from our forefathers of this country, they designed a system to do exactly what you are saying, but it was not how it went down in the history books, it seems your hatred is actually what the government wants…people like you fuel more anger, and anger leads to impulse buying. So you may be angry, but all that’s really doing is making you buy that snickers bar in the aisle of the grocery store…educate yourself.

Diddy got 4 years for diddling btw.

Our president got 0.

10

u/touristtam 21d ago

Diddy made the rookie mistake of not becoming president, easy to overlook really. the next best thing for him is to donate $1M and kiss the ring.

7

u/xterminatr 21d ago

Double that for moving pamphlets a few miles away during an ICE protest.

3

u/Lost_Birthday_3138 21d ago

Or protesting your government

u/bigRyan540 21d ago

Drugs kill more people than nukes.

4

u/fecalreceptacle 21d ago

This in no way justifies up to 99 years in prison for cultivating cannabis of any amount.

That was a very low effort take you made

2

u/nameless_pattern 21d ago

Drugs have other uses than killing people
