For me personally, I'm really sad we'll never get the Sword of the Jedi trilogy

This is one of my favorite cosplays both because of comfort and because I can use my real hair! I also use contouring and fake moles to enhance the likeness, and recently I tried taking it a step further by making a set of fake teeth modeled specifically after Mark's 😬

I know it’s janky, and hasn’t aged well. But I adored this game as a kid, and several sections terrified me. Close contenders are Dark Forces, Republic Commando, and Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2

Great sculpt, but the original paint made him look quite odd. And I added some hair for good measure.

We don’t see them with any packs or anything while they are in disguise, yet they are back in their regular clothes once they got out of the trash compactor.

It’s my boyfriend’s birthday tomorrow and I made him this card (we’ve been re watching every single star wars movie and show, most recently maul shadow lord) and we have sort of a joke about Obi-Wan and Maul being exes, anyways please help I need a pick up line to do with Maul, or with Maul and Obi-Wan, to put on the top of the card!

I certainly fell afoul of hearing all the negative attention the game got at launch so never played it, until someone at work recently recommended it to me who himself is a huge Star Wars fan. I waited until it was on a Steam sale and once I started playing it I immediately got hooked and loved every minute of it.

Genuinely feel like Outlaws captures the original trilogy Star Wars vibe the best out of any Star Wars game in recent memory. It is incredibly fun being an outlaw in the Star Wars universe and building your skills and confidence both in blaster fights and stealth.

I would definitely recommend it. As a life long fan of Star Wars, I seriously regret not playing it sooner. I would love for there to be a sequel, even though that is unlikely due to the poor commercial performance.

The amount of effort that went into all of the different planets and environments is something to behold, and it is a real shame that more people haven't experienced it.

I repainted and weathered a Home Depot animatronic R2D2. This is the same one I had before, but the hand painted weathering and mismatched paint job didn't sit well with me. So I redid it. Painted from the feet up, with new electronics inside and new 3D printed upgrade parts. He is the droid I was looking for. Last picture is the before and after.

Personally, I'll be really sad if we never see James Mangold's Dawn of the Jedi movie. It seems like it would've been a really different kind of Star Wars film as a religious epic. He's already made some of my favorite movies in Logan and Ford v Ferrari.

Im currently watching and enjoying the ahsoka show but my god they couldnt be more obvious that they are blatantly giving ahsoka plotlines and elements from the thrawn trilogy when it was originally meant to be for luke. Yes Thrawn was a major part of rebels plot but it was all pre OT timeline and could still be accepted.

Events of rise of thrawn during new republic era and defeating him were all something LUKE dealt with and not only they "decanonized" it they just copied elements from it and gave it to Dave's OC which is genuinely so annoying considering how awfully luke has been excluded and treated for majority of post disney SW media

They did the same with Rey new jedi order where we never got to see luke establishing new jedi order and training next generation of jedi while rey will be shown as next Jedi master legend in future sequel period media. Yes luke's students all get wiped out in sequels but it'd still be nice to see the brief period where things were going well

Again, I dont dislike the ahsoka show, or the new post empire timeline events intorduced in post disney - CW. I just hate that majority of their "new" ideas are just taking luke's acheivements and giving them to other characters.
I wouldnt have minded an ahsoka trilogy where ahsoka had to deal with new and unique threats which develop her character but being so blatant about the whole thrawn thing being Ahsoka's quest just seems like they're mocking Luke fans by saying "Forget luke, Ahsoka is the new face of SW and is much better suited for saving the galaxy from big threats while luke makes grogu choose between chainmail and jedi lightsaber"

I know to keep my expectations low for him appearing during Ahsoka season 2 or any events of this timeline but it'd be really a huge plot hole and insult to his character to not involve him to deal with Thrawn at all.

Just trying to make the Yuuzhan Vong Hunter Droid less Terminator and more Yuuzhan Vong like as I think that would really mess with their mind.

When I watched TCW as a kid, I assumed it was an untapped variation of the Force; a part neither known or practiced by the Light and Dark Sides.

These days, I’m not sure. For all I know, it’s an entirely different, separate energy field that exists alongside the Force.

Rewatching Clone Wars with my son and getting to the part where Ahsoka leaves . Like was that always allowed? I know Dooku left, but wasnt he like a member of the council so he had more leeway? Ahsoka is still a padawan and shes allowed to just leave?

Dont the jedi scour the galaxy for force sensitive children and basically leave the families no choice but to give up their children? Or is that just Sith propaganda?

If jedi forcibly take children away , when is it acceptable for the child to decide to leave?

For as much as we’ll say that Star Wars is really fantasy with sci-fi aesthetics, this feels like a decision that could only be made by someone who engages with a lot of science fiction. It’s very specific.
