Are we in hell or something?
So I got into my car and it automatically connects to my phone, so it gives me a look at how the weather is looking at the moment.
So tell me why it gave me this information this morning? 😂
Well, at least it gave me a good laugh. 😆

Questions/Self Is there a name for a rainbow around the sun like this??
SO pretty but I feel like “sun rainbow” is not its legal name (although that is what I’ve named it for now)

Photos Saw an absurd amount of rainbows at once yesterday (Nova Scotia, Canada)
The inner circumzenithal arc goes between 2 rainbows as well, as shown in photo 2.

Does anyone know what I mean by you can hear the sound of cold weather???
Note: I am not looking for scientific answers lmao I asked if anyone knows what I mean, not what is it.
Specifically around 5am-6am there’s rolling thunderous noises that sound like an engine rumbling that never stops running??? I’ve tried to find out what this is for ages but can’t seem to wrap my head around it. To simply put it, I can hear “the cold” weather ?? (Aren’t we supposed ta feel it😭)

Question about "Mean Maximum" versus "Mean Daily Maximum"
My brain is apparently failing me today, and I am trying to figure this out: Wikipedia temperature charts in a city say this:
Mean maximum: January 104.7 February 104.2
Mean daily maximum: January 88.5 February 89.1
Can someone please explain to me what the difference is between these measures? I tried AI and it is saying essentially they are the same thing, or trying to describe some averaging of weekly or other subclassification highs, and yet there is no specification of anything like this in the table.

Radars Down?
Any idea why several radar sites along the northern Gulf Coast are down at the same time?
