It’s sad how some people are sooooo miserable that they can only spread their miserableness. She could have enjoyed a beautiful proposal and music but didn’t. It was only a few minutes out of her day.

If a spot has people proposing in it all the time, the novelties of proposals probably wear off pretty fast, and if you see lots of people not clean up after themselves, it can be doubly annoying. Once someone busts out a "go back where you came from" line, they can automatically be dismissed, but just in general I can see why someone would get annoyed if tons of people use a spot improperly.

I get why someone would be annoyed by the overall situation but even without the racism, you can't just pre-emptively get mad at someone because "lots of people" did the same thing before and didn't clean up after themselves. For all you know these people were going to leave the place spotless. In fact if you care so much, politely remind them to clean up after themselves. If they still don't do it, that's when you can tell them to go—obviously not 'back to Mexico'—fuck themselves.
