By the way, she didn't even bring a baggie, it wasn't because she stormed off. She never planned on picking it up.

I spread an entire bulk sized tub of cayenne pepper on my lawn, only had to do it once and now neighbors dog won’t even touch my yard.

Not to defend her actions at all but that thing dangling on the leash is a roll of doggie bags. I have the same thing.

She’s obviously about to have a picnic. You can tell because she has zero things to have a picnic with to go along with her attitude.
