I don't understand when people dox someone? That is such a violation. You can disagree with someone, you can not like what they say but you shouldn't send idiots to someone's house. such a violation and for why...if you don't like it move on it is the internet...move on

I got that, it was a rhetorical question about what it means to the violator. There is effectively no repercussion for the person violating someone's privacy. The violator carries no legal or societal contract weight.

The violation of someone's privacy means little to the violator because there is little pressure [repercussions and enforcement] causing them to care.
