Yeah people need to just have enough self control to speak with their wallets.

I canceled Netflix a while ago and now I'm about to cancel Disney Plus. I'm doing my part!

Never. Have had both many years and not ready to give them up. Still better than what we had w cable 20 years ago. I was paying $100/mo for that bs then. Now I have much more to choose from, no commercials, and still pay less than half what cable was 20 years ago. You guys are nuts.

There is barely anything watchable on either of them. Piracy is more convenient than ever with how fast internet has gotten.

This is one of the few industries where it you don't like the price of the product, there are alternate ways to get it.

7 usd is believable and appropriate in my opinion. 8 also. I'd pay 11 if I used it as much as I use spotify and I could add another account to it. Anything above is too much unless it has all the films and tv shows there are, Because then you can justify paying as it's the only one you need.

But I don't pay any of it. just spotify because I use it a lot.

7 USD is less than what a single series on DVD used to cost. People are now watching more than that per week.

7 USD is also what disney+ used to cost way after you had been buying dvds.

But sure, defend high high costs for some reason.

Yeah and they were losing money. The price only existed as a promotion.

But sure, expect businesses to donate money to you.

Nah. I won't pay anything and leave the donating to rich shareholders to you schmucks.

Those poor guys wouldn't survive without it.

Fascinating. You managed to not even understand a 2 sentence paragraph.

I understand you like to defend the greed of one of the richest corporations in the world.  That is fascinating.
