If only he was Power BI maybe they could work something out. Right now, he keeps trying to Power Query her, but all the union operations keep failing.

Hopefully they can work things out and there will be a happy SQL to this story.

I'd respect it more if the sheets had alternating colors, formatted headers, a drop down of the list of reasons important from another sheets range, Apps Script, and dashboard like calculations of figures like frequency , average time per denial, etc.
