I was going to say, that’s how some of us process and cope. Besides, if you give someone a sheet like that, it actually gives them a shot to address and assess their own behavior. I think giving someone a chance is a good thing, I’d personally appreciate something like that.
I feel like the only reason you would go so far as to make a damned excel table is if your wife kept telling you no for various reasons and refused to believe that she does that. I can imagine him complaining and she probably forgets about all the times she's said no before and how often she repeats the same excuses.
But the fact of the matter is, a wife does not owe her husband sex whenever he wants, it should be a mutually consensual thing. This relationship is probably over without some serious counseling. There is some serious sexual incompatibility going on here.
