if you have been together for 19 years, I at least hope you would have better communication than deciding that this is the way to bring up such a grievance.

If true it sinks of silent resentment and would be cause for divorce for me. then she would be free to do whatever without having me to blame for whatever she felt was wrong with how her life turned out.

and if her dreams where so fragile that she could not do in 19 years because she never told him she wanted, to in clear text, then I seriously question how much she wanted it. that is such a low bar for wanting to do something.

My marriage, to someone with BPD with psychosis, is extremely much like this sans kids.

Not everything is ragebait. This is a something called a 'thought experiment'.

It's supposed to get you to confront your own beliefs and analyze your opinions, your thought processes, and the way you view the world.

It's supposed to cause introspection, not anger. There's just a lot of people to whom introspection is terrifying enough to cause anger.

So what do you think? About these two people and their choices? What about the systemic factors that favor men in the workd place and expect women in the home?

Facts if it did happen I hope he left. Nothing is more annoying in my opinion than people who take no accountability for their own lives and rather blame others for their inaction because itโ€™s easier than saying they took the easy way out themselves.
