How do you know that? Were you there? You hold lots of animosity for women, but not the men who cannot control where they leave their sperm. Interesting….
1. They told me.
2. I wasn't there, when I met them they already had children.
They both claimed they only had large families because of religious indoctrination. One was much more vocal in front of her children about describing what a horrible choice having them was. The other one would have made different choices, but she liked how it all turned out.
As far as the men involved, the religion was incredibly misogynistic. They seemed to generally enjoy having children. And liked the outcomes their religion provided. I guess you're upset because I didn't specifically say I don't respect these men. So let me be clear, I don't respect them. If I read a post about dudes like this complaining about the choices they made, I'd say the same exact thing.
My wife and I left the religion together really early in our lives. It wasn't helping build the marriage we wanted. Leaving was a choice, and staying as long as they did was a choice.

I've met women who complain about what they gave up by having kids, like having kids wasn't a choice they actively made.
