Donald J Trump is incontinent due to decades of stimulant abuse and reportedly wears adult diapers 24/7. It's one of politics worst kept secrets. His odor is described as ketchup and sewage.

MAGA latched onto it because their golden calf can do no wrong, and the truly crazy ones even started wearing diapers on the outside of their clothes in solidarity. Same as the maxi pads on the ear for his supposed assassination attempt, and even crass examples of MAGA women with signs saying they want him to "grab 'em by the 🐈 ".
