Or, they are so high, they can't really help out in group projects or anything related to the class.

Some use the breaks during class to go get high.

It's just.. jeez.

Either that, or they wanna work in the weed industry, and that's like... their only goal.

I know they recently just posted next semesters class schedules, I just like to be prepared.

When can I start adding winter session classes?

I’m a sophomore who recently came back after 2-3 years of no school. I was mainly focusing on work and losing weight/gaining muscle. I remembered they had the old original weight room (which they somehow don’t inform me exists anymore) in preparation for the newest HWRC for students. So excited then got hit with the saddest news; ITS GOING TO BE DELAYED. Like PLEASE, I NEED IT 😭💔

Anyone took this class? Looking to take it to add something fun but wanted to know if its more work load then hands on, thoughts??

Hey guys I’m a grad student at csudh and I was wondering if anyone else’s financial aid is being held up too?? Mine said it was good to distribute 8/14 and I’ve still yet to get my refund. I typically get a refund of about 5k and it hasn’t hit my account… they said something about masters promissory notes being the issue??? Idk just wondering if anyone else is having this experience.

Hi, I read a comment here about 6 months ago that said you can maybe call SFS or Financial Aid to potentially get a temporary lift for a financial hold so you can register for classes. Is this true?

I see that CSUDH offers a MS degree in Biology, and I’m wondering if anybody is currently completing or completed this degree (or any Master’s degree at CSUDH). Can you tell me about the courses and how it’s been going? What is the most challenging part about completing a masters program? I’ve recently graduated with my BS degree from CSUDH Fall 2025 and was looking into MS programs.

Every time I exit the freeway, I wonder about local restaurants and fast-food places besides the chains. Are there any great spots near campus that serve burgers, tacos, sushi, or pho? I’m open to suggestions for a unique place to try.

There’s this person I always see in LSU and we just stare at each other and smile with an occasional “hi gorgeous” “hi handsome”. I just wanna hook up one time but I don’t know how to initiate 🫩.

i was just wondering if anyone else has been noticing how loud the library can get sometimes because everytime i go in to get some work done, there’s always a small group of people talking and they eventually start getting louder but no one ever seems to say anything so i feel like im the only one bothered 😭

perhaps it’s because im new to all this but i always thought libraries were some of the few spaces where one could get work done without really being bothered by talking because, well, libraries are supposed to be quiet lol maybe here everyone just talks in there idk i’m new around here ;;

I graduated with my bachelors in May 2025 and also worked there for 2 years. I'm interested in pursuing my masters, but as someone that experienced dh as a student and employee, I'm not sure I even want to go back.

I experienced so many crappy things like the school treating my major like trash, budget cuts, horrible politics, safety risks that get ignored, among many other problems.

The masters program I need is offered at dh and it's actually one of the best. No other csu offers this program, only similar programs that may not fulfill all my requirements. But I can't get that prejudice out of my head. I'm already not proud of attending dh and graduating from there and don't want to feel that way again if I get my masters.

I feel like logically, dh is the best choice because it offers the best program, it's cheaper than others, and I know the school thoroughly, but my heart doesn't really want to go back there.

What do y'all think? What would you do?
